No animals are adopted outside of Ohio. All animals adopted from the Ohio SPCA are spayed or neutered unless physical condition or medical circumstances prevent the surgery.

Allen County Dog Warden

Adoptions are arranged directly through the Dog Control Facility, however, in all possible instances, dogs not claimed within the holding period are transferred to one of the available programs for adoption or placed with an animal rescue organization, foster care or breed rescue for training as public service dogs.

A Lotta Love Pet Rescue

A Lotta Love is all about community! Their mission is to help Seniors and Veterans provide for their pets, help cover cost for anyone taking care of feral cat communities, and also provide oxygen masks and first aid kits to K9 or EMT units.
