Meet Our Team
Marcy has been around animals all her life. Raised on a dairy farm in Landeck, OH, she then went on to graduate from Columbus State with an Associate Degree in Animal Health. She worked for area veterinarians and the Humane Society of Allen County before grooming in 1993. Started That Place for Pets in 2012 and has also served as the Putnam County 4H advisor for 15 years.
Trish is a certified groomer with 5+ years experience. She has worked for area vets in their grooming departments, along with grooming from her home.

Grooming Appointment includes:
Standard breed style, brush out, bath, nail clip, teeth cleaning (PlaqClnz) ears, and anal glands.
Bows or bandana if requested.
**IF groomer finds fleas your pet WILL BE given a capstar pill and you WILL BE charged $10 for the service.
cat & rabbit grooming also available.

**Prices listed below are an estimated price based on coat type.
**Pricing based on an 8-week grooming schedule. Discounts given for less than 8 week groomings or well maintained, behaved pets.
**Pricing will be determined by manager on duty based on amount of extra time needed to provide a safe quality grooming.
**2 or more no show or late notice cancelations (less than 24hrs) will result in a non-refundable pre-paid appointment.
**10 min or more late arrive without notification may be classified as a no show and/or forfeit of appointment.
Nail trimming may result in bleeding DO NOT PANIC. We have a 50/50 chance to not quik a nail same as you.
Chances increase with breed nail type, age, or the dog’s inability to stand still. Sometimes bleeding does not occur
until the nail makes contact with a hard-rough surface such as concrete or stones. If bleeding occurs tap the tip of
nail with flour or cornstarch if QuikStop is not available.
